The amount, direction, and goals of counseling will be based on your needs. Often clients meet with me weekly or every other week for 12 or more sessions. Counseling is a very individualized process that we will discuss together. Both short and long term counseling are available.
If your concern is not listed here please do not hesitate to contact me. It is very likely that I would be able to assist you within our counseling appointments, or with a possible referral if more specialized services are recommended.
My approach to relationship counseling is focused on assisting the couple with respectful open communication, healthy boundaries, and closeness through positive experiences. Often sessions include relationship education and therapy homework for the couple.
Short term counseling (1-12 sessions) and long term counseling (12+ sessions) available. Together we will discuss your goals and timeline during your first session.

I offer relationship counseling for all relationship stages and configurations including polyamory, open relationships, dating, and uncoupling.
