I provide a free 20 minute consultation where we can discuss what brings you to counseling, any questions you may have, and whether or not we are a good fit for the therapy you are seeking.

Online and in-person appointment options.

Rate for a regular 55 minute session: 125

Please contact me if you would like to utilize the income based sliding scale.

Assessment session (1st session): 200

Rate for a regular 60 minute session: 150

Rate for an extended session 75 minutes: 175

Rate for an extended session 90 minutes: 200

Now accepting Regence, Premera, First Choice Health, Optum/United Behavioral Health/United Healthcare, and Aetna insurance plans. I am in-network for these plans.

For all other health insurance plans, I am an out-of-network provider. These insurance plans may reimburse you for a portion of the cost of your appointment if you see an out-of-network provider.  I am happy to provide you with documentation of your appointment that you can submit to your insurance company.  Please review your coverage with your insurance company before attending your first appointment.

Couples counseling is not a covered benefit under most insurance plans. These sessions are paid directly out of pocket. If you would like to submit a claim to your insurance company I can provide documentation for the claim. 

Payment at the time of services in cash, check, or card accepted.

There is a 75$ no show fee for scheduled appointments that are missed without 24 hour prior notice of cancellation.
